All customer data is stored in AWS regions in the United States. EU customer data can be stored in eu-west-1 on request.

Data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher.

Customers are notified within 72 hours of a confirmed breach affecting their data.
