We're investigating reports of elevated response times on the REST API. Metrics show p95 latency above our 800ms SLO since 14:30 UTC. Other services appear unaffected.
Scheduled Maintenance
We will be upgrading our primary database cluster from PostgreSQL 16 to PostgreSQL 17. We expect read-only mode for approximately 30 minutes during the cutover; the full window allows for rollback if needed.
Affected services: REST API, Web Dashboard, Report Builder. Webhook delivery and OAuth will remain available.
